Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
The bed offered excellent comfort after a long day. Staff members were friendly and easily accessible. However, a microwave in the room would be a huge plus. If you enjoy rooftop views, inquire about daytime access to maximize your experience. Great location for exploring Asheville!

Amazing anniversary trip!
We stayed for our 30th anniversary, and it was awesome! Will at the front desk was super helpful and made sure we kept our mountain view room. The rooftop bar had killer views and was packed on the weekend. Wish the breakfast was better, though. Overall, a fab experience!

amazing, amazing, amazing
The rooftop bar offers jaw-dropping views of the mountains and sunsets that transform the sky into a living masterpiece. My room was a peaceful sanctuary, with modern decor and a luxurious rain shower. Plus, the friendly staff went above and beyond, happily answering my inquiries and ensuring a seamless stay.

Pricing can be a bit steep, especially for what you get. for over $300 a night, the decor in Room 627 felt bland and lacking personality. Breakfast options lean towards the expensive side without offering enough variety to justify the cost. Additionally, there’s a quirky exit requirement from the parking deck that caught me off guard, needing to backtrack for a hotel card issue—why not simply let guests exit without a hassle? These small hiccups can sour an otherwise solid stay.

The AC Hotel offers a great rooftop lounge with breathtaking views and a convenient downtown location, but be prepared for street noise and a lack of proper bathroom lighting. The staff is friendly, but overall, the hotel could use improvements in room comfort and amenities.

Rooftop views, spacious public areas, convenient parking
The noise from sirens is unbearable, especially with the fire station nearby!!! The elevator wait times are a headache, and the stairwell odor really needs addressing!!! Would appreciate better bathroom privacy and functional design!!!
